Privacy Policy

Effective Date: October 16, 2026 Revision Date: October 24, 2026

1. Who We Are

This Privacy Policy describes how Sybal Enterprises Inc DBA SportQuantix (“SportQuantix,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) processes personal information in connection with SportQuantix.com and its web application. Contact: support@sportquantix.com; 5830 E 2nd St, Ste 7000-2017, Casper, WY 82609, United States.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide when registering, managing your account, subscribing, contacting support, or joining an affiliate program. This can include name, email, account credentials or authentication identifiers, language preferences, subscription information, and correspondence. We also collect technical and usage information, including IP address, browser and device details, access logs, pages viewed, and security events. Payment providers process payment details and may share transaction identifiers, billing status, and related metadata with us.

3. Sources of Information

We obtain information from you, your interactions with the Service, and providers involved in authentication, hosting, payment processing, customer support, analytics, and affiliate attribution.

4. How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide and maintain the Service; authenticate accounts; manage subscriptions and support; prevent fraud and abuse; protect security; troubleshoot and improve performance; respond to inquiries; comply with legal obligations; and send communications permitted by law. We do not use sports forecasts to make decisions producing legal or similarly significant effects about individuals.

### AI-assisted marketing email personalization

If you explicitly opt in to the updated marketing-email notice, we use your declared sport interests, language preferences, registration stage and recorded email history to prepare relevant messages with an AI writing service. We do not include email addresses, passwords or payment details in what is sent to that service. We do not infer interests or activity that you have not supplied or that we have not recorded. Messages respect your sport and frequency preferences. You may withdraw marketing-email permission at any time in your account or through an email unsubscribe link. Account confirmation, security and other necessary account emails are separate. We obtain additional consent before this use where required by applicable law; an earlier marketing opt-in does not automatically enable AI personalization. Content is initially reviewed by an administrator. Automated sending requires separate operator authorization and remains subject to consent, suppression and frequency controls.

Where GDPR applies, our legal bases include performance of a contract (account access and subscriptions), legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention, service maintenance and proportionate improvement), compliance with legal obligations (such as tax and recordkeeping), and consent where required (such as certain marketing or nonessential cookies). You may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

6. Cookies and Similar Technologies

We use technologies necessary for login, session management, security, and core site functions. If we deploy optional analytics, personalization, advertising, or affiliate tracking technologies, their use is subject to applicable notice, consent, and opt-out requirements. Where prior consent is legally required, optional technologies will not be activated until that consent is obtained. You may manage available preferences through site controls or your browser.

Google Analytics measures visits to our public pages only after you choose Accept analytics. Cookie settings in the footer lets you change that separate analytics choice at any time.

Meta Platforms (Facebook and Instagram) measures visits to our public pages to measure and improve our advertising only after you choose Accept all. With the same choice, we also report to Meta when a new account completes email verification, so we can measure registrations that came from our ads; this report contains hashed forms of your email address and account identifier, advertising click identifiers when permitted, and browser details. Hashing is not anonymization. We never share your password or readable email. Your advertising choice is recorded on our servers together with the version of this notice you saw and the time we received it, so we can show what was chosen; if you withdraw, we keep that earlier record and stop future processing. This advertising choice is separate from analytics; accepting one does not enable the other. You can withdraw it anytime through Cookie settings in the footer, which stops future advertising measurement without erasing the record of your earlier choice. Meta's data practices are described in Meta's Privacy Policy at facebook.com/privacy/policy.

TikTok Pixel measures visits to our public pages for advertising measurement and optimization only after you accept the updated advertising notice with Accept all. An earlier choice made before TikTok was included does not enable TikTok. The pixel receives page information, IP address, device and browser details, and advertising cookie identifiers. With this updated choice accepted before email verification, we also report a verified registration from the next public page visited in the same browser within 24 hours, using an opaque event ID to avoid duplicate reports. We recheck the original and current server-recorded choices before reporting; accepting later does not replay registrations blocked earlier. We do not send TikTok email addresses, account identifiers, passwords or form contents. Browser reporting may be missed if you leave before returning to a public page; no server TikTok delivery or customer matching is enabled. Pages with query parameters or fragments, sign-in, account and admin pages are excluded. Applicable browser opt-out signals also block TikTok. You can withdraw through Cookie settings in the footer; withdrawal stops future collection and removes accessible first-party TikTok cookies. We retain the earlier consent evidence, including the notice version and server receipt time. TikTok's practices are described at https://www.tiktok.com/legal/page/us/privacy-policy/en.

Google AdSense shows ads inside the signed-in app to Free members only, and only after you accept the updated advertising notice with Accept all. An earlier choice made before Google AdSense was included does not enable it. Our public website pages never show ads, and Plus and Pro members never see ads. Google receives page information, IP address, device and browser details, and advertising cookie identifiers to serve, limit and measure ads, which may be personalized based on Google's own data. We do not send Google your email, account identifiers, billing details or forecasts. Applicable browser opt-out signals also block ads. You can withdraw through Cookie settings in the footer, which stops ads from loading on later pages. Google's practices are described at https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites, and you can manage ad personalization at https://adssettings.google.com.

7. Disclosures to Others

We disclose information as reasonably necessary to service providers supporting hosting, authentication, payments, communications, security, customer support, and affiliate administration; to professional advisers; when required by law; to protect rights and safety; or in connection with a lawful corporate transaction. Service providers are expected to handle personal information under applicable contractual and legal obligations. Some payment providers may act as independent controllers of information they collect.

8. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are handled by the payment provider identified at checkout. That provider may collect and process payment details under its own privacy notice. We receive information needed to manage subscriptions, account entitlements, billing support, and financial records.

9. Affiliate Referrals

If you participate in the affiliate program or arrive through a referral, we and the affiliate service provider may process referral identifiers, attribution records, conversions, commission status, and related account details. Affiliate participants may be required to provide tax or payout information directly to the relevant provider.

10. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary to operate accounts and subscriptions, maintain security, resolve disputes, meet legal and accounting obligations, and enforce agreements. Retention periods depend on the data category and legal requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete or deidentify it, subject to lawful exceptions.

11. Data Security

We employ reasonable technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect personal information, including access controls and secure transmission. No system is completely secure. Please report suspected privacy or security issues to support@sportquantix.com.

12. International Transfers

We are based in the United States and information may be processed in the United States or other countries where our service providers operate. Where required for transfers from the EU/EEA, we use an applicable lawful transfer mechanism, such as an adequacy decision or appropriate contractual safeguards.

13. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, portability, restriction, or objection to processing. You may withdraw consent where processing depends on consent and opt out of marketing communications. Some requests may be limited by legal exceptions. Submit requests to support@sportquantix.com. We may verify your identity before responding.

14. California Privacy Notice

For California residents, and to the extent the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended applies, personal information categories may include identifiers, commercial information, internet or network activity, approximate location inferred from IP address, and inferences derived from use of the Service. We collect these categories from users, devices, and service providers for the business purposes described above. We may disclose them to the categories of recipients described in Section 7. We retain each category according to the criteria in Section 10.

15. California Privacy Rights

Where the CCPA applies, California residents may have rights to know or access information, correct inaccuracies, request deletion, obtain certain portable data, opt out of sale or sharing for cross-context behavioral advertising, limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, and receive nondiscriminatory treatment for exercising their rights. To submit a request or ask about applicable opt-out methods, contact support@sportquantix.com. Authorized agents may submit requests subject to lawful verification requirements. We will honor applicable browser-based opt-out preference signals when legally required.

16. EU/EEA Privacy Rights

Where GDPR applies, individuals may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, or objection to processing, and may withdraw consent. You may lodge a complaint with the data protection authority in your country. Some rights depend on the circumstances and lawful exceptions. Contact support@sportquantix.com to exercise your rights or obtain information about international transfer safeguards. This Privacy Policy does not require arbitration of privacy complaints, restrict complaints to data protection authorities, or waive nonwaivable privacy remedies. Any contractual dispute resolution terms apply only to the extent permitted by applicable privacy and consumer law.

17. Children

SportQuantix is intended for adults aged 18 and older. We do not knowingly solicit personal information from children. If we learn that we have collected information from a child contrary to applicable law, we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

18. External Websites

The Service may link to third-party websites. Their data practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

18A. Creator Referral Program

If you open a link shared by an approved SportQuantix creator, we place a first-party, HTTP-only browser identifier so we can credit that creator if you register within 90 days. We store only a one-way hash of that identifier, the referral code, visit counts and any campaign tags in the link. This is used only to credit creators, is never sent to advertising partners, and applies whether or not you accept optional cookies. If you register and verify your email, your account is linked to the first creator whose link you opened. Creators see only totals, never your identity.

If you apply as a creator, we collect your creator name, channel link, audience size range, country, sports covered and the version of the program terms you accepted, and we keep a record of review decisions.

When you electronically sign the affiliate agreement, we retain your full legal name, verified email, the exact agreement version and document hash, server-recorded acceptance time, both consent choices, acceptance statement and an integrity-protected acceptance reference. Signed copies and acceptance history are available through your account. These records support contract administration, legal obligations and dispute resolution and are retained for the applicable legal and accounting retention period. Withdrawing electronic-record consent does not invalidate a prior effective signature; contact support@sportquantix.com to request withdrawal or copies.

19. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy as our practices or legal obligations change. We will post an updated version and provide additional notice when legally required. Any revision date will be shown separately from the original effective date.
